Pingree to Hold Health Care Town Hall on Sunday, March 19


With the U.S. House of Representatives poised to vote on the American Health Care Act as early as next week, Congresswoman Chellie Pingree will convene a health care town hall on Sunday for her constituents to voice their views about the Republican proposal to repeal the Affordable Care Act. Congresswoman Pingree will moderate a panel discussion with key stakeholders representing older Mainers (AARP), health care providers (Maine Medical Association and Planned Parenthood of Northern New England), and patients (Consumers for Affordable Health Care) and take health care questions from her constituents.
